Order Cancellation

• Cancellations accepted within 24 hrs of order placement.

• Not accepted if the order has already been shipped or out for delivery.
  

Damaged or Defective Items

• Must be reported within 24hrs of receipt.

• Seller/merchant will verify the issue before approval.

Product Not as Described

Report within 24 hrs of delivery with a picture or video.
Resolution will be provided after internal review.

Please note, since all products use natural ingredients shape or color changes will not be considered as a different product. 

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
